Bearcubs Lose To Mavericks

The Frazer Bearcubs lost to North Country, 76-30, in the first round of the District 3C boys’ basketball tournament on Wednesday, Feb. 17.

North Country led 24-13 at the end of the first quarter and then outscored the Bearcubs, 21-0, in the second period.

Top scorers for North Country were Beau Simonson with 16, Jesse Lee with 13, Trey Johnson with 12 and Aiden Albus with 12 points.
