Players Earn Conference, State Honors
Four players from Froid/ Lake’s boys’ basketball squad have earned All-Conference honors for District 2C.
Selected All-Conference for the Red Hawks were senior Colt Miller, junior Javonne Nesbit, freshman Mason Dethman and junior Bode Miller.
C. Miller, Nesbit and Dethman also received All-State recognition.
Fairview’s sophomore Hunter Sharbono was also an All-State pick.
Also voted All-Conference were Plentywood’s Reese Wirtz, MonDak’s Darian Holecek, Richey/Lambert’s Caleb Senner, Savage’s Sloan McPherson and Richey/Lambert’s Grady Gonsioroski.
Second-team selections included Froid/Lake/s junior Tyler Wivholm, Bainville’s senior Kaden Hansen and Bainville’s junior Braeden Romo.
Others voted second team were Fairview’s Kanyon Taylor, Fairview’s Paul Hardy, MonDak’s Keegan Nelson, Circle’s Beau Beery, Mon-Dak’s Aiden Harbin, Circle’s Hayden Lockie and Richey/ Lambert’s Wyatt Robbins.
First-team Defense selections were Wivholm, Dethman, Fairview’s Brady Buxbaum, Harbin and Gonsioroski.
Second-team Defense picks were B. Miller, Sharbono, Brockton’s Malcolm Yellowhammer, Wirtz and Field.
