Wolf Point, Poplar Speech And Drama Teams To Co-Host Meet Nov. 9

The Wolf Point and Poplar High School Speech, Debate, and Drama teams are back in action this year. We each took five competitors to the season opener meet Nov. 2 to compete against schools from Class AA to Class C.

Wolf Point had two competitors place: Gabreal Hansen placed seventh in spontaneous oral interpretation and Angalena MacDonald placed eighth in mime.

Poplar also had their dramatic duo starring Kalen Stump and Kahomani Charboneau place third.

Saturday, Nov. 9, we are co-hosting the Wolf Point/ Poplar meet in Poplar with rounds starting at 9 a.m., 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. with finals at 3 p.m.

We are looking for a few more judges. If you are willing to help, contact Wendy Connelley at Wolf Point High School or Mary Zuchowski at Poplar High School.

The teams will be in Glasgow Saturday, Nov. 16.
