Red Hawks Selected For All-Star Football Game


Three players from the state champion Froid/Lake Red Hawks have been selected for the Treasure State All-Star Six-man football game.
The contest is scheduled for June 5 starting at 7 p.m. in Highwood.
Selected for the Red Hawks were Issac Johnson, Colt Miller and Walker Ator.
Johnson and Miller were each All-State selections for the Red Hawks. Ator was a valuable lineman for the state champions.
Michael Reiter, who guided the Red Hawks to an undefeated season and was selected Coach of the Year, will serve as coach for the Red team.
The Red team will also feature Aiden Jenkins and Hazen Marshall of Shields Valley, Zack Solomon and Xander Houseman of Denton-Geyser- Stanford, Brody Connelly of Valier, Nick Widhalm and Tyce Erickson of Power-Dutton- Brady, Tucker Brown, Tim Snyder and RJ Granot of Hobson-Moore-Judith Gap, Derrick Zimmerman of Winnett- Grass Range, Stanley Jarvis of Sunburst and Payne Ditmar of North Star.
Eastern C players selected to the Blue roster included Sloan McPherson, Gentry Conradsen and Logan Nelson of Savage along with Colten Miske of Wibaux.
Also picked for the Blue team were Cylar Taylor and Caden West of White Sulphur Springs, Kade Strutz, Parker Proulx, Brady Pleninger and Cam Schwarzbach of Big Sandy, Justin Stulc of Roy-Winifred, Johnny Mysse, Jason Todhunter and Ryan Fenley of Harlowton-Ryegate and Jared Webley and Josh Baldwin of Noxon.
