Fort Peck Summer Theatre is opening Around The World In 80 Days...Or 37 Minutes! The production is directed by FPST performing arts camp director Megan Wiltshire with musical direction by Alicia Bullock-Muth. It features actors Mathias Oliver and Jay Michael Roberts. Sydney Hayward serves as Tour Manager, with designs by Chae Clearwood (costumes), Treyson Sherk (scenic) and Paisley Wanamaker (props).

Said Fort Peck Fine Arts Council executive director Jennifer Fewer, “In this original comedy with music, an eccentric inventor embarks on a fever-paced globe-trotting journey, and along the way is enlightened by different cultures, explores famous landmarks and fills up his passport with memories of brilliant, though often madcap escapades.”

Around the World in 80 Days…or 37 Minutes! is written by Fort Peck artistic director Andy Meyers and produced in partnership with emerging company AM Theatrical. Music is arranged by Jane Best. AM Theatrical has developed this original piece with special support from Valley County Community Foundation.

Theatre for Young Audience is designed to educate and enlighten youth, with a goal to bring visibility, excitement and awareness about the performing arts. Under an hour in length, TYA productions are perfect for the entire family. Admission for these performances is free.
