Tribal Executive Board Elections Coming In October

Three File For Chairman

At press time, the current list of candidates who have filed for the upcoming tribal elections in October includes incumbent Floyd Azure, Tribal Executive Board member Jestin Dupree and former chairman John Morales.

Charles Headdress has filed for vice-chairman.

Currently, no one has filed for sergeant at arms or associate judge.

The list of candidates for tribal executive board positions includes Alex Smith, Terry Rattling Thunder, Emerson Young, Frank Gourneau, Justin Grayhawk Sr., Ona V. Windchief, Mary Lu Azure, Grant Stafne, Michael “Mike” Headdress, Carrie Manning, Melody Red Eagle, Elizabeth “Cory” Decoteau Lingle, Frank J. Smith, Marva Chapman, Tom Brown, Bryce Kirk and Tristan Joy Miller.

The tribal election will be held Oct. 30.
