Froid Budget Meeting Set For Sept. 7

The Froid Town Council was unable to reach a quorum for the regular council meeting Monday, August 16. The meeting was rescheduled from the previous Monday.

Mayor Sherri Crain told the Community News that a budget hearing and regular council meeting are set for Tuesday, Sept. 7, at 6:30 p.m.

Crain said the town had a good turnout from the all class reunion Friday, Aug. 6, through Sunday, Aug. 8. She said the fires in McCabe were an interruption but the event was a success.
