Bainville Drops Match To North Country
Bainville fell short against a talented North Country team, 11-25, 11-25, 25-22, 13-25, on Friday, Sept. 10.
“North Country is a topnotch team. They pass the ball so well, it’s tough to find an open spot on their side of the floor,” Bainville Coach Kallie Clarke said. “They serve tough and their block is = massive.”
Bainville’s Elsie Wilson finished with six kills, five aces and two blocks.
Kendra Romo had 10 assists. Lakyn Rabbe accounted for 12 digs.
“We had moments where we played with them but about the middle of the set they would run away with it,” Clarke said. “I’m proud of our girls this week. We had a tough traveling schedule and they are a young team.”
