Scobey Man Dies In Highway Crash

Dylan Cromwell, 23, of Scobey, was killed in a highway accident near Plainfield, Ind., Oct. 24.

The accident occurred at 9:30 a.m. EST on Interstate 70 in Hendricks County. A preliminary investigation suggests that a semi was traveling eastbound when it lost control in a construction zone, jackknifing and crashing through a concrete barrier wall before running head on into Cromwell’s vehicle.

Cromwell was a crew member for Head Racing and was traveling to an upcoming National Hot Rod Association event.
