Library Offers Halloween Book Tasting Event
Want to hear a scary story and also enjoy a treat? What could be more Halloween than that?
The Roosevelt County Library in Wolf Point is hosting a Halloween book tasting event on Thursday, Oct. 28. The event runs roughly from 5-6 p.m. for students 12 years or younger and then starts at about 6 p.m. for older individuals.
The fun will feature four individuals reading Halloween themed books and then providing treats related to the book.
Kids coming to the program are urged to wear their Halloween costumes.
Organizers said the Friends of the Library and the book club helped find the readers for the event.
The library usually has about two tasting events during the year around holidays such as Christmas.
The event is free and open to the public.
