Vaccination Clinics Scheduled In County

Roosevelt County had zero active COVID cases as of Monday, April 18. There have been 72 COVID-related deaths in the county.

Adult vaccination clinics are scheduled from 3-5 p.m. for Thursday, April 21, in Wolf Point and Thursday, April 28, in Culbertson. A children’s vaccination clinic is scheduled for Friday, April 29, from 1-4 p.m. in Wolf Point. The clinic is for ages 5-11.

County health officials encourage all residents aged 5 and up to be vaccinated and those over 16 should consider getting booster doses. For questions or to schedule an appointment, call 406-653-6223.

Area Statistics

Daniels County had zero active cases as of Monday, April 18. The county has 377 recovered cases and 386 cumulative cases. Nine deaths have occurred due to COVID-19 and/or complications.

In McCone County, there are no active cases as of Monday, April 18. There have been nine COVID-related deaths in the county. There have been 374 recovered cases and 383 cumulative cases.

For Richland County, there were zero active cases and 2,603 recovered cases as of Monday, April 18. Total COVID-related deaths are 33. There have been 2,636 total cases.

Sheridan County had zero active cases as of Monday, April 18. There have been 685 recovered cases and 11 COVID-related deaths.

Statewide

According to Montana health officials, the state’s total number of known cases now stands at 273,204 since the start of the pandemic. There have been 2,756,528 tests conducted.

Around the state, there are 452 active cases. There are 15 active hospitalizations. By Monday, April 18, a total of 3,260 deaths have been reported statewide. A total of 269,492 people have recovered.

North Dakota Statistics

Williams County, N.D., had one active case as of Friday, April 15.

McKenzie County, N.D., had one active case as of Friday, April 15.

Divide County, N.D., had one cases as of Friday, April 15, Vaccine Doses

As of Monday, April 18, 1,441,338 total doses have been administered in Montana. There are 561,873 or 55 percent fully immunized Montanans.

In Roosevelt County, 12,283 total doses have been administered as of Monday, April 18. There are 5,078 fully immunized for 51 percent of the county’s 9,918 eligible for vaccination.

In Daniels County, 1,749 total doses have been administered. There are 711 fully immunized for 46 percent of the county’s 1,559 eligible for vaccination.

In McCone County, 1,123 total doses have been administered. There are 430 fully immunized for 28 percent of the county’s 1,562 eligible for vaccination.

In Richland County, 9,949 total doses have been administered. There are 4,248 fully immunized for 41 percent of the county’s 10,310 eligible for vaccination.

In Sheridan County, 4,698 total doses have been administered. There are 1,844 fully immunized for 60 percent of the county’s 3,075 eligible for vaccination.
