Seatbelts Save Lives In Rollover Wreck
Montana Highway Patrol Trooper T’Elle Evans told the
Northern Plains Independent
that she responded to a call for assistance at the scene of a single vehicle rollover at mile marker 19 on Montana Highway 528 in northern McCone County at approximately 2:20 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 1.
Two male passengers, both of Wolf Point, were uninjured, said Evans. Both were wearing seatbelts.
She described the accident as a low speed crash. The vehicle slid on ice and rolled into a ditch.
MHP responded with assistance from the Wolf Point Volunteer Fire Department and the Wolf Point Ambulance Service. No citations were issued.
