FPST Auditions Planned In Glasgow
The Fort Peck Summer Theatre is holding auditions for various roles in four upcoming productions Sunday, Feb. 9 at the Irle School in Glasgow from noon to 2 p.m.
Limited roles for all ages are available for FPST productions of Seussical and Sister Act. There are also significant roles for teenagers in productions of Working and Wait Until Dark.
Rehearsal schedule: Seussical begins May 29 with performances June 19-July 5.
Sister Act begins July 10 with performances July 31-Aug. 16.
FPST’s executive director, Jennifer Fewer, reminds aspiring performers to please check your summer calendars to be aware of any conflicts that may disrupt rehearsal time. If cast, performers may be offered as many as three roles, depending on need and talent availability. Everyone should come prepared with a one-minute monologue and will be asked to sing “Alone in the Universe” from Seussical. Tfortpecktheatre.org. Rehearsals will be held three weeks prior to the opening night of each play and typically take place on weekends (10 a.m. to 4 p.m.) and weekday evenings.
The minimum age range for performers hoping to land a role is third grade.
