Stolen Vehicle Report Leads To Arrests
According to the Valley County Sheriff’s Office, four people have been arrested over an incident that took place in Roosevelt and Valley counties Saturday evening and Sunday morning, Jan. 6-7.
Jesse Hank Baker, 23, was charged with speeding, reckless driving, fleeing from or eluding peace officer, criminal endangerment and theft. Clayton Montclair, 25, was charged with theft and fleeing from or eluding peace officer. Talissa Montclair, 45, was charged with theft and fleeing from or eluding peace officer and Hunter Jade Lambert, 25, was charged with criminal possession of drug paraphernalia, theft, criminal possession of dangerous drugs and fleeing from or eluding peace officer.
According to a press release from VCSO, “A report was received that three suspects stole a vehicle from Culbertson. Law enforcement initiated a pursuit which came into Valley County. A Valley County deputy continued the pursuit across the Porcupine Creek onto Roosevelt Trail where the three suspects fled on foot.”
As of 10:10 a.m. Jan. 7, all four suspects were reported as being apprehended.
