Wild Sky Farms Opens At State Line
Wild Sky Farms has expanded eastward to the North Dakota border with its new cannabis dispensary location, situated next to Stateline Casino on the north side of U.S. Highway 2. Co-owner Brandon Hoerner gave the Northern Plains Independent
a tour during grand opening festivities last week. The dispensary is licensed to serve medical patients and recreational customers.
As with their other storefronts, Wild Sky State Line features signage, custom carpentry and metal work by Glasgow artists Cathryn and Mitch McIntyre. The environment is stylish and inviting. Hoerner said the new location outperformed their more established storefronts during their first official weekend.
“We outsold Glasgow,” Hoerner said. The Wild Sky team is based in Glasgow, where they have a 4,000 square foot cannabis grow facility, as well as their flagship dispensary, which opened in 2020. The group expanded to the Fort Peck Indian Reservation in 2023 with a location in Poplar, where they remain the only full service dispensary currently in operation.
