Rodeo Held In Sidney

Henry Hollenbeck won the all-around cowboy honors from the PRCA rodeo held at the Richland County Fair and Rodeo on Thursday, Aug. 1, and Friday, Aug. 2.

Richard Champion took top honors in bareback riding with 87.5 points. Cole Reiner placed second with 87 points and Ethan Mazurenko was third with 85 points.

Joe Nelson had a time of 3.7 seconds in steer wrestling for first place. Quentin Wheeler earned second at 4.7 seconds and Austin Anderson took third at 5.2 seconds. Tying for fourth at 5.8 seconds were Brady Boyce, Rope Smith and Jaret Whiteman.

In team roping, Kavis Drake and Denim Ross took first at 5.5 seconds. Brady Tryan and Calgary Smith were second at 6.0 seconds. Jace Bishop and Jake Newton took third at 7.4 seconds.

Kolby Wanchuck earned top honors in saddle bronc riding with 87.5 points. Liam Pauley placed second at 87 and Ryder Sanford took third at 84.5.

Kyle Bagnell and Bryce Bott tied for first place in tie-down roping at 10.6 seconds. Tyler Popescul placed third at 10.7 seconds.

In barrel racing, Lisa Lockhart was the winner at 17.02 seconds. Siggy Scheid placed second at 17.40 and TK Leibrand finished third at 17.47.

Ike Boekelman had a score of 86 points for first place in bull riding. Jestyn Woodward took second at 82.5 and Jake Lockwood placed third at 80.5.
