Wolf Point Woman Facing Murder Charge
Brianna Jensen Rowe of Wolf Point is facing the charge of murder. She is listed in the Fort Peck Tribes’ jail roster and is scheduled to have a pre-trial hearing on Aug. 28.
Her sister, Jalinn Jensen Rowe, 22, died in an incident on Saturday, Aug. 3.
Roosevelt County Sheriff’s deputies received an initial report at 8:20 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 3, of an aggravated assault with a weapon within Wolf Point’s city limits. The incident involved two females fighting and one of the females being stabbed.
Deputies assisted Fort Peck Tribes Department of Law and Justice and the Wolf Point Ambulance Service.
The report was later changed to murder/non-negligent manslaughter.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation has now taken over the case. Roosevelt County served as the deputy coroner in the incident.
