Wolf Point High School alumni and supporters are sure to appreciate a new addition at the school.

A 65-inch Touchwall package is now located near one of the gym’s entrances in front of the athletic director’s office.

The touch screen will provide a wide variety of information including the schools’ academic hall of fame.

“It’s pretty much unlimited what we can do with it,” Wolf Point’s athletic director Eric Peterson said. Currently underway is updating all of the school’s yearbooks on the device. All the information is stored in the cloud.

Other information will include athletic accomplishments, activities, music and the arts. It can serve as a digital trophy case for area residents to enjoy.

“We will go back as far as we can,” Peterson said.

The Touchwall’s screen is made of shatterproof glass, according to the manufacturers.

The Wolf Point School Board approved the cost of the package of $18,762 last November. Funds left by a few recent classes will help cover some of the expenses.

Classes making donations for the project included 2021, 2022 and 2023.
