Bainville Girls Knock Off Thunder

Bainville broke away in the fourth quarter to down Mon-Dak, 57-33, in home girls’ basketball action on Friday, Dec.

20.

The Bulldogs gained a 14-6 lead in the first quarter and held a 30-18 half-time advantage.

After leading 42-28 at the end of the third quarter, the Bulldogs struck for 15 points in the fourth quarter for the

24-point league victory.

Leading Bainville’s attack were Addison Hansen with

17 and Hailey Berwick with

16 points. Lila Butikofer also reached double figures with

11 points. Rounding out the scoring were Elsie Wilson with seven and Tally Berwick with six points.

Top scorers for the Thunder were Abby Lowes with

20 and Rylie Gebhardt with

10 points.
