Brockton Boys Earn Win In Bainville

Brockton earned a 5752 boys’ basketball victory during action in Bainville on Saturday, Jan. 18.

The Warriors got off to a 14-4 advantage, but Bainville cut the gap to 27-22 at the half.

Brockton gained a 45-29 lead in the third quarter. The Bulldogs fought back with 23 points in the fourth quarter but came up five points short.

Top scorers for the Warriors were Jarid Fasthorse Jr. with 18, Josh Firemoon with 16 and Colter Nygard with 11 points.

Ronnie Blackdog and Weston Lambert added four points each. Kameron Rattling Thunder tallied three points. Quannah First That Walks had one point.

Leading Bainville’s attack were Parker Berwick with 17 and Reed Winn with 13 points.

Also scoring were Kaiden Holmes with nine, Isaiah Bjorge with eight and Rowan Wilson with five points.
