Melbourne Stays Active At School, Work

Wolf Point High School Tyler Melbourne keeps himself busy during his senior year at the school.

After attending classes the first four periods of the day, Melbourne works the rest of the day at Cenex West as a cashier and stocker.

He started working at Cenex in June of 2023.

“It’s a good job to handle when you are still in school,” Melbourne said.

Activities for him have included playing football as a freshman and sophomore.

His hobbies include working on cars with his brothers.

He also enjoys weight lifting. He used to take a weight lifting class and now does the activity at the wellness center.

Melbourne’s plans after high school are to attend Fort Peck Community College and then transfer to MSU Northern’s diesel program.

His favorite class at Wolf Point High School is government. “Mr. Wilson is a good teacher,” Melbourne said.

Favorite teachers are Ryan Wilson and R.C. Page.
