Panasuk Admits To Violating Sentence Conditions

John David Panasuk admitted to violating the conditions of his suspended sentence during a hearing in district court on Tuesday, Jan. 28.

The violation dealt with Panasuk fleeing or eluding a police officer in Williams County, N.D., on July 30, 2024.

Panasuk admitted to that offense and also a second count of trespassing.

District Judge Benjamin Fosland scheduled a disposition of sentence hearing for Feb. 12.
