Drug Related Arrests Made In Wolf Point

Three individuals were arrested on drug related charges on East Dawson Street in Wolf Point on Tuesday, Jan. 28, at about 4 p.m.

Jesus Alan Avitia, Natasha Louise Moncivaiz and Danny Garcia were each initially charged with possession with intent to distribute fentanyl and suspected meth.

All three individuals are from Colorado.

Law enforcement agencies involved included the Roosevelt County Sheriff’s Office, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Valley County Sheriff’s Office, Montana Highway Comments: Subjects: Patrol and Fort Peck Tribes Department of Law and Justice.

Roosevelt County Attorney Thomas Bleicher said on Monday, Feb. 3, that he is waiting to receive all the discovery information before determining what charges to file in district court.
